You are solely responsible for the files, URLs, and content you upload, import, process, or save using Kreotar. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use such content and that it complies with applicable laws. Kreotar does not monitor or review your private files.
3. KreoCloud & Third-Party Imports
Usage of KreoCloud is subject to your compliance with these terms. Usage of Dropbox or Google Drive imports is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective providers. Kreotar is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party cloud services.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to bypass our security measures, or to use automated systems (like bots or scrapers) to collect data from our platform without express permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any processed output will be perfectly accurate for every use case.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreotar and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Service, including data loss or business interruption.
